Additional votes can be purchased as needed. 4.3. Votes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 4.4. Cheating, fraud, or manipulation of votes (e.g., using multiple accounts, bots, or fake votes) is strictly prohibited. Users found engaging in such activities may be disqualified, and their votes voided.

5. Submission Guidelines

5.1. By submitting a ring photo or other content to a contest, you warrant that:

The content is your original work or you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and submit the content.
The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
The content does not violate any laws, including but not limited to those related to defamation, obscenity, or privacy. 5.2. ShowMeYourRock.com reserves the right to remove any content or disqualify any submission that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

6. Ownership and License of Submissions

By submitting content to ShowMeYourRock.com, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, distribute, modify, display, and reproduce the content for the purpose of promoting, distributing, and operating the Services. 6.2. 7. Purchasing Votes and Refund Policy

7.1. Users may purchase additional votes for use in contests. All purchases are final, and votes are non-refundable. 7.2.
