Data Deletion Request
At Show Me Your Rock (SMYR), we take your privacy seriously. If you wish to have your personal data deleted from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to our Data Protection Officer at Brandon@showmeyourrock.com with the following information:
- Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
- Your Full Name
- Your Email Address Registered with SMYR
- Reason for Data Deletion (optional)
Processing Your Request
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
- Confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days.
- Complete the deletion of your data within 30 days.
Important Information
- Once your data is deleted, you will no longer be able to access any part of SMYR that requires a login.
- Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
